Resetting Your Password After System Update

Due to a recent system update, all existing customers are required to reset their passwords to continue using the application.

Overview

You will receive an email notification informing you about the system change. This email includes a Dieser Link muss noch ausgetauscht werden that allows you to reset your password directly.


Click the link provided in the notification email.

You will be redirected to the password reset screen.


2. Enter and Verify Your Email Address

  • Enter your email address in the input field.
  • Click Send verification code .
  • Check your inbox for an email containing a verification code .
  • Enter the code into the field on the website.
  • Click Verify code to confirm your email address.


3. Set a New Password

After verification, you will be prompted to set a new password.

Please choose a secure password that meets the required security standards.

Click Continue to proceed.


Final Step: Log In

After completing the password reset and application selection, return to the login screen and sign in using your email address and new password.
